Abstract

Positive confirmed cases of COVID-19 began to be announced in Kalimantan Utara Province at the end of March 2020. Since then, efforts to anticipate the spread of COVID-19 have been carried out. Various policies that have begun to emerge include calls for physical distancing, the implementation of work from home, distance learning, and so on. As a provider of statistical data, BPS-Statistics Indonesia also takes part in producing additional statistics that support efforts to accelerate the handling of the COVID-19 pandemic through the publication Reports of Socio-Demografic Survey on Covid-19 Impact of Kalimantan Utara Province 2020. This is done to provide information to policy makers in planning and strategic steps to deal with this pandemic.
